Responsibilities

- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive audiences
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability and ethical considerations
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in emerging sectors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience as a futurist, innovation strategist, or trend analyst
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
