- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through advanced modeling and data visualization
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed future-readiness into all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
