- Develop patent-pending strategic frameworks for market positioning in post-2025 technological ecosystems
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and Board of Directors, driving data-backed decision-making
- Establish thought leadership through industry keynotes, white papers, and strategic partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or successful transformational projects
