Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and stakeholder presentations
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state prototyping
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align teams on emerging opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
