Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and disruptive technologies to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for executive board and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners and academic collaborators
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing long-term enterprise strategy (5-10 year horizons)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal transformation
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decisions through compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) preferred
