Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and human-centered design principles
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to map potential futures across 5 key industries
- Produce actionable whitepapers on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate-tech convergence impacts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing methodologies into innovation pipelines
- Establish global think-tank partnerships to anticipate geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote presentations and published research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable business strategies
