- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite decision-making
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging markets and product categories
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into prototype development
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and impact on business outcomes
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization platforms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
