As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll translate emerging trends into actionable frameworks that influence product development, market positioning, and organizational evolution. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and international partners to create tangible blueprints for the next paradigm shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Establish global innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic futures to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-winning strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
