Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to create 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop and execute scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum systems)
- Lead high-impact workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership publications that shape industry discourse
- Oversee the implementation of strategic innovation initiatives across global operations
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
