Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify 2026 opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future forecasts with product development and business growth
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for 2026+ market conditions
- Present future insights to executive teams and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies' societal impact
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to current challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, AR/VR, sustainable energy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
