Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Analyze global tech trends to produce actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on future-of-work paradigms and digital transformation
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and domain experts
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-digital)
- Advolve product development teams on future-proofing architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of publishing future-trend analyses (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom frameworks)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Berlin)
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
