Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive leadership
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in next-gen innovation spaces
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
