Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technological shifts
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate future-critical research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
