Responsibilities

- Produce actionable futures reports and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation with future market needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Maintain global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
