Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse disciplines (data science, behavioral economics, environmental science)
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning models and risk mitigation frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate innovation hypotheses

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level executive briefings
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
