You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing scenario-based roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems, and present actionable insights to C-suite executives. Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and retail sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready transformation initiatives
- Produce executive-ready visualizations and narratives communicating complex future scenarios
- Identify high-impact investment opportunities in emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and service offerings
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech, or neuroeconomics
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (whitepapers, industry journals)
- MBA or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
