Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Tech Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive trends across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Present findings to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of published futurist reports or thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) required
