- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities and threats
- Quantify market impact of emerging technologies through data modeling
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation business models
- Advise R&D teams on long-term technology portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
