Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative scenario models mapping technological, social, and economic trajectories through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports synthesizing global signals for C-suite decision-making
- Architect strategic roadboards for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market inflection points
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure foresight ROI and strategy adoption rates
- Present trend analyses at industry conferences including CES and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent analytical discipline
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Three Horizons)
- Demonstrated experience translating complex data into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic roadmaps implemented by major organizations
