Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, investment strategies, and organizational adaptation to the rapidly changing landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using methods like scenario planning and Delphi studies
- Design innovation roadmaps that align organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations for cutting-edge insights
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published author or speaker at futurist conferences (e.g., World Future Society, Singularity University)
- Proficiency in foresight tools and platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
