Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futurism, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting software
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
