Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D pipeline and market positioning in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, SFI) preferred
