Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and sociocultural shifts
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force driving 2026 market readiness initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging disruptors through proprietary analytical tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
