Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech investments (web3.0, synthetic biology)
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into commercial IP portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Published research on 2020s technological convergence or socio-technical transitions
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams in ambiguous environments
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
