Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and cultural movements to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis or whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic impact from foresight work
