Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce forward-looking white papers on AI, climate tech, and societal transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and technological disruptions impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience leading global teams in cross-cultural innovation initiatives
