Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all organizational levels
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futuristics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CFIP) strongly preferred
