Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Author whitepapers on disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and government partners
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/neurotech deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and board experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
