Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying inflection points in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Develop predictive models for societal and industrial transformation scenarios
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and academic pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business opportunities
- Lead patent development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technological disruption
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives launched since 2020
