Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategy targeting 2026 milestones in emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to reshape industries by 2026
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio from concept to market validation with $5M+ annual budget
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record delivering scalable solutions in complex technological environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across global time zones
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovations with measurable impact
