Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable impact on product development and business growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D, marketing, and operations
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive implementation of emerging technologies through pilot programs and partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, synthetic biology, climate resilience, or quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
