- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications read by C-suite executives worldwide
- Design and maintain proprietary trend-sensing technologies using NLP and predictive analytics
- Advise executive teams on innovation portfolio allocation and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major business publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter Pro)
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences across multiple industries
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-to-strategy translation
