As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, AI pioneers, and biotech researchers to develop actionable frameworks for emerging technologies. You'll influence C-suite decisions while mentoring cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and scenario planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for sectors including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate engineering
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio maturity and ROI tracking
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech convergence
- Mentor junior futurists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
