Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on sustainable innovation pathways
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Monitor geopolitical and sociocultural shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into C-suite actionable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
