Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists in research methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Unity, or Arduino)
- Track record of delivering commercialized innovations for enterprise clients
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
