Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product and service innovation
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and immersive future-state simulations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite and R&D teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership content for industry conferences and publications
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
