- Design and lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive forces
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready initiatives
- Author whitepapers on industry evolution and future scenarios
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
