As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to develop long-term roadmaps for quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable urbanization. You'll pioneer methodologies for trend forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption modeling while mentoring a team of futurists and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech impact and disruption scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and launch innovation labs focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for future-tech validation
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and disruption analysis
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Schwartz)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Strong publication record in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
