As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D leaders to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Produce trend reports and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
