- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruption
- Lead quarterly innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefings
- Manage $2M annual R&D portfolio for prototyping future technologies
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight analytics tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on 5+ major organizational pivots
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4)
- Clearance for handling classified innovation projects
