Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research on AI, biotech, and quantum computing developments through 2026
- Develop evidence-based scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deliver executive strategy briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into go-to-market innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or client impact
