Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, product, and marketing teams

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive technology analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Experience with futures methodologies like Delphi, SWOT, and STEEP analysis
