Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing to inform strategic planning for 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that translate foresight into actionable business strategies

- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging disruptors to maintain market leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Portfolio of published research or thought leadership in futurism
