Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal developments to forecast industry evolution
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential commercial applications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Strong publication record in futurism or technology strategy
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex systems
