Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year market trajectories
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through industry publications and keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into enterprise innovation strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes decision-making environments
