Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven forecasts
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite and board experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight journals
