- Partner with product teams to prototype and pilot futuristic solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at tech-forward companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, etc.)
