Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario models for disruptive technologies including quantum AI and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with strategic objectives
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for real-world applications
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or technology consulting
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive narratives
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend impact on organizational strategy
