Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, bioengineering) to forecast 2026+ industry impacts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using advanced analytics and AI tools
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
