You will lead the charge in integrating next-generation AI models, quantum-ready architectures, and decentralized systems into our core product suite.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness, prioritizing Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Integration.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure systems architecture capable of handling next-gen data throughput and AI model inference at scale.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and regulatory compliance (GDPR 2.0, AI Safety Acts) to ensure sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable strategies for C-Suite leadership and product teams.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor a team of forward-thinking engineers and data scientists in a rapidly evolving niche.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership or futuristic tech strategy.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of LLMs, Vector Databases, and Quantum Algorithm concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting and preparing for industry shifts (e.g., Blockchain to Web3, Cloud to Edge).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
